What time should I arrive for my class?

Can I try out a class before committing?

How does the trial lesson work?

You have the option to join a group class or schedule a private session. The trial typically includes a 45-minute yoga class followed by a 15-minute personal consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, any physical or mental challenges, and your yoga journey to help you decide if the class is the right fit for you.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

No, we provide all essential items, including mats, free of charge. Just come in comfortable, breathable clothing or bring your own.

Are my class times flexible?

Yes, for private and couples sessions, we offer flexible scheduling. Simply confirm your availability a week in advance.

I’m planning a trip. Can I still register for classes?

Absolutely. We can extend your registration period if you inform us in advance.

What if I need to cancel a class I’ve booked?

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. In urgent situations, cancellations can be accepted up to 4 hours prior to class.

  • Please note that frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

I’m a beginner. Can I join the meditation class held every other Saturday?

Beginners are welcome! The meditation class includes 30 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of meditation. However, please be aware that meditating for 30 minutes may be challenging if you are new to the practice.

How many times a week should I practice yoga?

Practicing 2-3 times per week is ideal. However, if you’re busy or doing other forms of exercise, once a week is also beneficial.

Can I eat before my yoga class?

It’s best to avoid eating for about 2 hours before practice. If you’re very hungry, light or liquid food is fine. We also recommend not eating a large meal right after class.
